These cakes are my bestsellers and I believe they are the best cakes in Bucks!

For icing I use a silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream, this is less sweet than American buttercream. Swiss meringue buttercream also carries flavours better and doesn't get that dry/crispy outside edge.
