I first trained in pastry at Westminster Kingsway college in central London. Training under some of the country’s best pastry chefs I concentrated on learning all the skills necessary for building a strong foundation in the world of culinary art.

From there I apprenticed with William Curley, Patissier Chocolatier for two years.

At the time, William Curley was London’s best chocolate and pastry chef. The demand for perfection was ever-present and the skills I developed under his guidance were invaluable.

During my time at William’s, I learned the art of patisserie; the many intricate layerings of flavour and texture combined with the beauty of the finished product is still the primary influence on my products today.  


After working for William Curley, I decided I wanted to specialise in my preferred field; cakes.

I worked for Bea Vo, one of London’s best cake makers, until I decided to start my own cake company.

I am a baker, cake maker, and patissier, creating delicious treats for you from my home kitchen in Penn, Buckinghamshire.

Baking has always been a passion of mine and since 2013 I have been delivering beautiful, tasty, cakes to Buckinghamshire and beyond!


I create cakes that are modern, stylish, and well balanced; perfect to enhance any occasion.


As a small business that has a strong customer base within Beaconsfield, Marlow, High Wycombe, Maidenhead and the surrounding areas, I try to use local ingredients and producers where possible.


I believe that by using the best raw ingredients you can create the best finished products, and I am sure that you will agree, my cakes are delicious!
